Finalising Your Rental

Once you've confirmed availability of a storage unit, you can download the storage unit rental contract from our website. The contract outlines all the terms and conditions associated with renting a storage unit at MV Self Storage. We encourage you to review it carefully to ensure you are well-informed about our policies.


To complete the rental process, you'll need to visit our office located at 445 Moss Vale Road, Bowral. During your visit, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will assist you in finalising your rental. Here's what to expect during this visit:

Additional Fees & Payment Terms

The standard rates for hiring our storage units are as follows:


  • 3x3: $220 p/m
  • 6x3: $330 p/m


It's important to be aware of the following additional fees associated with renting a storage unit at MV Self Storage:


  • Bond: You'll need to pay a bond equal to one month's rent upon signing the contract. This deposit will be refunded when your unit is fully vacated and cleaned, and if applicable, when the key is returned. Cleaning charges will apply if the unit is not left in the expected condition.


  • Administration Fee: There is a one-time administration fee of $27.50 (inclusive of GST) that must be paid when signing the contract.


To ensure a smooth and hassle-free rental experience, it's crucial to adhere to our payment terms. Significant fees are applicable for late payments, and they will be strictly enforced. We reserve the right to take possession of the storage unit and its contents if payments are 42 days or more overdue.
